About Integra International

Integra International® operates as a worldwide company limited by guarantee, with official address in London, U.K. It exists solely to serve its members by supporting them in the advancement of their professional firms. It is an interactive association of local independent Accounting, Auditing, Tax and Business Consulting firms dedicated to exchanging information and advising growing businesses and professionals. CPAs, CAs and Business Advisors share knowledge openly and regularly so that each member can offer expanded professional services to their clients, including any international needs of their current or future clients.

Each member firm retains its name and independence, and cannot use the Integra name as part of their own name. Members firms are only authorized to mention “A member of Integra International”.

All member firms are local firms, owned by successful partners who understand the unique culture of the owner-managed business. As independent owner-managers, the member firms are committed to the highest professional standards, a full understanding of client needs and strategy and adding value to clients through innovative solutions. Each firm has partners experienced in advising clients engaged in international business as well as local. Particular importance is placed on bridging cultural and linguistic differences between negotiating parties — a vital catalyst for a successful transaction.

The knowledge, both domestic and international, of hundreds of individuals involved in Integra International is available to be drawn upon by any member needing assistance. English is the working language of our association and all members must have proficiency in it.

Founded in 1994, Integra International® now has 124 members firms, located in 68 countries. More than 400 staff enables clients to conduct business away from home.

Each member firm is independent and no partnership implied or otherwise, exists between member firms by reason of their membership in Integra International®.

Instant communication amongst members is accomplished through our member exclusive intranet where discussions, document sharing, broadcast notices, etc. are shared.

The administration is carried on by two part time administrators, who deep the operating costs at an efficient level for all members
